Viktor Zapletal, reprezenta\u010dn\u00ed tren\u00e9r MTB, n\u00e1m k tomu \u0159ekl:\u00a0<em>&#8222;Roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159ili jsme p\u016fsoben\u00ed Mar\u0165ase i na dr\u00e1hovou Duklu, kter\u00e1 se ve \u0161v\u00fdcarsk\u00e9m Grenchenu p\u0159ipravuje na ME, kter\u00e9 za\u010dne ve st\u0159edu.\u00a0<\/em><br \/>\n<em>V\u00edme, \u017ee hodn\u011b lid\u00ed zaj\u00edm\u00e1, co se va\u0159\u00ed v n\u00e1ro\u010f\u00e1ku, tak sledujte Martinovu, tentokrat drahovou kucha\u0159ku z ME na dr\u00e1ze a zafand\u011bte na\u0161im z\u00e1vodn\u00edk\u016fm \ud83d\ude42 &#8222;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>P\u0159edstavujeme Martinovu kucha\u0159ku z prvn\u00edch dvou dn\u016f dr\u00e1hov\u00e9ho ME v Grenchenu:<br \/>\n1. den, pond\u011bl\u00ed:<strong>\u00a0kr\u016ft\u00ed maso na tandori ko\u0159en\u00ed a pe\u010den\u00e9 brambory se su\u0161en\u00fdm raj\u010detem a cibulkou.<\/strong><br \/>\n<em><strong>RECEPT:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nKr\u016ft\u00ed maso nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na pl\u00e1tky, osol\u00edme, opep\u0159\u00edme a nalo\u017e\u00edme do tandori ko\u0159en\u00ed spole\u010dn\u011b s olivov\u00fdm olejem. V zap\u00e9kac\u00edm hrnci si orestujte cibulku, p\u0159idejte mix paprik a su\u0161en\u00e1 raj\u010d\u00e1tka. D\u00e1le p\u0159idejte lehce p\u0159edva\u0159en\u00e9 brambory ve slupce a kr\u016ft\u00ed maso. V\u0161e prom\u00edchejte a dejte do trouby p\u00e9ci. Ke konci posypte parmez\u00e1nem.<br \/>\nZakysan\u00e1 smetana se sol\u00ed , pep\u0159em a \u010desnekem jako studen\u00fd dip! Doporu\u010duji.<br \/>\nNo a sladk\u00e9 na konec&#8230;..<br \/>\nKakaov\u00fd puding s nutelou.<br \/>\nV ml\u00e9ce si rozd\u011blejte kvalitn\u00ed kakaov\u00fd puding, p\u0159idejte \u0161petku soli, cukr nebo med a va\u0159te. Odstavte a p\u0159idejte trochu smetany a origin\u00e1l nutelu, po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b prom\u00edchat a nechat vychladit.<br \/>\nKluci \u0159\u00edkali \u017ee hodn\u011b dobr\u00fd&#8230;..<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.skcpraha.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/brambory-tandori.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3172\" src=\"http:\/\/www.skcpraha.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/brambory-tandori.jpg\" alt=\"brambory tandori\" width=\"960\" height=\"720\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>2. den, \u00fater\u00fd:\u00a0<strong>tortily s kuskusem a salsou verde. Potom si d\u00e1me pol\u00e9vku z mlad\u00e9ho hr\u00e1\u0161ku a nakonec pi\u0161kotov\u00fd dort s vanilkou a limetkou.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><em>Recept:<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nZape\u010den\u00e9 tortilly s kuskusem a salsou verde<br \/>\nKu\u0159ec\u00ed maso nakr\u00e1jime, osol\u00edme a nalo\u017e\u00edme do olivov\u00e9ho oleje spole\u010dn\u011b s kurkumou. Kus kus zalijte hork\u00fdm v\u00fdvarem a nechte<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">\u00a0odst\u00e1t, po vychlazen\u00ed p\u0159idejte na kosti\u010dky pokr\u00e1jenmou cuketu a \u010dervenou papriku. Upe\u010deme si nalo\u017een\u00e9 ku\u0159ec\u00ed maso a m\u016f\u017eeme za\u010d\u00edt plnit tortilly. Na konec v\u0161e zape\u010deme.<br \/>\nSalsa verde<br \/>\nDrcen\u00e9 raj\u010data, najemno nakr\u00e1jen\u00e1 \u010derven\u00e1 cibule, \u010desnek, m\u00e1ta, s\u016fl, pep\u0159, med<br \/>\nHr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00e1 pol\u00e9vka<br \/>\nNa m\u00e1sle osma\u017e\u00edme cibulku spole\u010dne s drcen\u00fdm km\u00ednem (kapka b\u00edl\u00e9ho v\u00edna neu\u0161kod\u00ed) a p\u0159id\u00e1me hr\u00e1\u0161ek, v\u0161e spole\u010dn\u011b zarestujeme a zalijeme studenou vodu. A\u017e je hr\u00e1\u0161ek m\u011bkk\u00fd, p\u0159id\u00e1me smetanu a v\u0161e rozmixujeme. Dochut\u00edme \u010desnekovou pastou, sol\u00ed, pep\u0159em a studen\u00fdm m\u00e1slem.<br \/>\nPi\u0161kotov\u00fd dort<br \/>\nZ\u00e1kladem je dob\u0159e vychucen\u00e1 zakysan\u00e1 smetana,do kter\u00e9 p\u0159id\u00e1me jemn\u00fd cukr \u0161petku soli, zrn\u00ed\u010dka z vanilkov\u00e9ho lusku, limetovou \u0161\u0165\u00e1vu a lehce sko\u0159ice.
